My approach to teaching piano is “the positive approach”. Through positive reinforcement and gentle encouragement, I try to instill a focused, disciplined and fun way of learning the piano. I teach traditional note reading, theory and classical style, along with any pieces that the student would like to learn. I love the piano, and I love teaching students of all ages and abilities. I am flexible with busy schedules. The policy that I have set up is beneficial to everyone. I will try my hardest to make time to make up missed lessons before the semester is out.
There are two payment options. You may pay for an entire semester at a reduced rate, or you may pay for lessons on an individual basis at the full per lesson rate.
When paying for the entire semester there will be no penalty for last minute cancellations; I will make up the lesson at both our conveniences. Please try to keep your appointment regular, but if you cannot the lesson will be made up before the end of the semester.
